Delivery Information

At UtilityEmpire we keep or delivery costs as low as possible whilst still providing you with a fast efficient and reliable delivery service.

We dispatch Monday - Friday. Any purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday.
All orders are dispatched the day after we receive cleared payment. We do not dispatch on bank or public holidays.

UK Customers

All of our UK deliveries are made via Royal Mail.
Orders over £10.00 are sent by 1st Class Signed For. Orders under £10.00 are sent by standard 1st Class post.
1st Class and 1st Class Signed For take between 1-2 working days for delivery.

International Customers

At present we only ship PC Software internationally.
All international orders are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail and take between 3-5 days for delivery.
